PRESENT TENSE
MARCH 4-14
OPENING March 4th 6-8pm

When I arrived from France 17 years ago- I had to make a Life here- in L.A- What I visually met brought me to photography- The California light revealing the imagery and the emotional reverse of a dream- The stranded side-  One gets effortlessly discarded here - Nevertheless- dreams and endurance subsist- David shares the concrete of the L.A streets and the sand of its desert with the Crows, the Roses and- the Coyote- Regardless which came first - They exist together- You can't deny one without the other- They live- in need of a miracle - they shed- and die along the sidewalk- in the Present Tense
